How to Accept the iLRN Campus Invitation
If you have received an invitation to join the iLRN Campus for iLRN2023, follow these directions to activate your account and prepare for on-campus conference events. The iLRN Campus is powered by Virbela.
Step 1. Accept the Campus Invitation
Click the "Accept Invitation" link in the email your received to start the process. You will be taken to a registration screen on the Virbela website with your email address and name already filled in. Choose a password, confirm your password selection, click the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and click Register.
After a few moments, you should see a message that says the registration is complete. Note: If you see a small popup error message that says the world wasn't found, please ignore it.
Step 2. Download and Install the Virbela Client Software
Click the "Download" button to be taken to the download page for the iLRN Campus client software. The software is available for both Mac and Windows. Instructions for installing the software can be found further down on the download page.
You can download the iLRN Campus client software at any time by going to https://www.virbela.com/install?id=ilrn.
Step 3. Login and Verify Your Conference Access Privileges
The first time you run the Virbela software, it may need to perform some updates. Virbela will also ask you to create an avatar. The avatar creation screen has a lot of options, so be sure to leave yourself some time to get creative with your look!
