iLRN 2024 Registration Fees

FEES

Wire transfers require a $125 administrative fee in addition to registration fees.

Before registration via wire transfers are complete, you must provide a bank receipt for domestic (United States) transfer or SWIFT MT103 for International accounts received by registration@immersivelrn.org.

Please take into account that wire transfers may take several days to process. All wire transfers must be completed by May 24, 2024.

Conference registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be given.

COVID POLICY

By registering for this conference, I acknowledge that participation in this conference may include possible exposure to an illness from infectious diseases, including, but not limited to COVID-19. With this understanding, I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to these illnesses. As such, I shall hold harmless iLRN, its employees, other attendees, as well as the host facilities (University of Glasgow, Scotland).

NOTES

* By the late registration time, the author registration deadline has passed. Authors cannot register after this deadline.

¹ All academic paper presenters need to register in the "Academic Paper Author & Presenter" category (student or non-student rates, depending on their status). This means that for each accepted paper in the Academic Stream, at least one author who is also presenting at the conference is required to register at the Academic rate. Co-authors who are not presenting and do not want to register another paper, can register as "Non-Presenter Attendee", which excludes them from a presentation. Each Academic registration covers a single paper only; additional papers may be added to the registration for a supplemental fee.

² In order to qualify for any of the Student rates, we require a copy of a valid student ID or official letter from the educational institution certifying that the registrant is enrolled as a full-time student. Please scan and email a copy of your CURRENT student photo ID (.jpg, .tiff, or .pdf acceptable) from an accredited institution of higher education to registration@immersivelrn.org.

³ The Doctoral Colloquium is intended for graduate/research higher degree (Master's by Research and Doctoral) students only. Students presenting at the Doctoral Colloquium but who will not publishing a paper in the peer-reviewed Academic Proceedings may register at the Doctoral Colloquium rate. Those publishing in the Academic Proceedings must register using the "Academic Paper Author & Presenter (Student)" category.

⁴ Presenting authors of Academic Full, Short, or Work-in-progress papers to be published in the Academic Proceedings are not eligible for any of the iLEAD Stream rates. Presenters of Workshops, Special Sessions, Panel Sessions, iLEAD Stream Oral Presentations, and iLEAD Stream Posters may register at the iLEAD Stream rate, but all contributors must register at that rate, provided they are not also presenting an Academic paper.

⁵ Representatives of vendors wishing to present at the conference are not eligible for any of the iLEAD rates. They may either: (a) register at the Vendor Presenter rate, which includes an opportunity to deliver one 30-minute presentation (subject to review and approval by the Conference Organizing Committee); or (b) purchase a Sponsorship or Exhibition package, which includes additional benefits.

No single author may be the registered presenter on more than two Full or Short papers for oral presentation, even with the payment of the supplemental fees. There is no limit, however, on the number of additional Short and Work-in-progress papers for poster presentation on which an author may be the registered presenter (with payment of the supplemental fees)

VISA / INVITATION LETTERS

Visa/invitation letters will be only provided to authors/presenters after they register. If you require one, please email us at registration@immersivelrn.org with your personal, paper ID and your registration number. Unfortunately we cannot provide Visa/invitation letters to Non-Presenter Attendees.
